One of our favorite challenges that Customers bring to us are Custom Jewelry Projects! <br> <br>We practice Lost Wax Casting on site, which is one of the techniques that allows us to take an idea you bring in or design with us, from a concept to a reality. We work out all the details with you, and then set to work fabricating your one of a kind Jewelry Treasure. <br> <br>Our very talented Jewelers start by carving your design out of wax. Then we make a mold of it, and cast it in the precious metal of your choice. Which entails; heating the metal to liquid temperatures and spinning/shooting it into the mold. <br> <br>Once the now precious metal design has cooled enough to touch, our Jewelers remove it from the mold and begin to clean it up. Starting with a rough wheel- hand polish, followed by up to fifty different addition polishing steps depending on the desired finish. <br> <br>At this point our Jewelers would begin to set your pre- chosen Gemstones. Each with its own care process and setting style, depending on the type of Gemstone you choose. Some Gemstones are easier or harder to set depending on the setting style and durability of the Gemstone. <br> <br>Once all the Gemstones are secure, our Jewelers will once again polish and clean up your new treasure. In this final step they are double checking everything is secure and beautiful. Making sure your Jewelry is Perfect for you to pick up and begin to Treasure it. <br> <br>Our Jewelers give each piece special attention, making sure it is something we would be proud to wear or give our loved ones. Our custom design motto is; †It is not finished until I would give this to my loved one.†<br>
